General Terms of Providing Custom Writing Services

Writology Limited provides custom writing services to the clients worldwide, irrespective of order instructions and deadline. Every customer may choose a specific type of product in the “Order Now” form:

Level of Writing

Every client decides on the level of writing, depending on the institutional affiliation:

A client may ask to replace the order type on his/her request and our Financial Department will recalculate an order price.

Price Quote

Prior to placing an order, every client may request a price quote from our Customer Support Team. Depending on the customer’s specifications, our agents will identify an order price and will assist in placing an order (if requested).

Importance of Communication

A client is suggested to communicate with members of our team through the following means of communication:

  1. Live chat option.
  2. Email.
  3. Phone calls.
  4. Messaging system. 

It is highly important to provide all clarifications on time, reply to the Writer’s messages/emails from Support Team to make sure that the final product is up to the required standards and expectations. A client should provide all order materials while placing the order (no later than 10-15% of the deadline passed). 

Work Process Overview 

By purchasing orders on our website, a client agrees to receive the order within such work process:

  1. Customer places the order, indicates all instructions and specifications, and pays for it. A client may request a “preferred writer” to complete his/her order.
  2. Writer starts working on the order.
  3. Customer may request process updates and communicate with the writer regarding order instructions and possible adjustments. A client may be asked to place an additional order, if our Writing Department identifies a mismatch in the order price (wrong level of order, number of pages, etc.).
  4. The order is checked for plagiarism, edited, and sent to the customer.
  5. Customer may request a plagiarism report from our Customer Support Team. We guarantee plagiarism-free papers on any topic.

Order Urgency

A client may choose the most appropriate order urgency, starting from 3 hours up to 2 months. For more details, please refer to the “Order now” page. If the client expects early delivery (decides to change order urgency), an order price will be recalculated and compensation order should be placed. Writology Limited delivers all papers on time and within the indicated time frame.

Submitting a Refund Application

  1. Every user of our services can use a refund option within 14 days after the deadline expiry. There is no time limit for refunds concerning plagiarism. Nevertheless, a client should provide a credible plagiarism report identifying writer’s flaw.

*Such plagiarism detectors as Turnitin and its online partners (WriteCheck, iThenticate) are regarded reliable. Direct quotations formatted properly, parts of project (questions), table of contents, and references are not to be determined as plagiarism. Such engine as SafeAssign.com is considered inappropriate checker as it defines direct quotations and references as plagiarism. Handwritten explanations about plagiarism are not viewed as a good proof.

  1. As to continuation orders, the agency is not responsible for copied content identified in the sections produced by the customer. Only the units prepared by our experts are scanned for originality.

  2. If a client considers the order unsatisfactory, the case will be explored by our Refund Department that will issue a respective report. In case of justifying user’s claims, the agency will give a full/partial refund. A response is to be given within 3-4 business days.

Revisions

  1. Within 2 days (48 hours) after the deadline, customers can avail of a free revision option. After this time span, it will be necessary to place a compensation order. If the assignment is revised for free, no future refunds are possible.

  2. A free-of-charge revision of large assignments (20+ pages) can be done within 30 days after order deadline expiration.

  3. If initial guidelines are modified, no free revision can be made. A customer will be asked to make an additional order to reimburse writer’s work in case of providing important order files after or during the writing process.

  4. In case of using a free revision service, a new deadline is to be set and revision explanations are to be provided. A revision process may take about 24 hours because of the complex requirements or impossibility to reassign the paper. Anyway, we will strive mightily to send the corrected work within the imposed period of time.

  5. Clients are recommended to check their message board/email for news from administrators or the writer. Often, customers do not provide all instructions straight away. However, only a client is responsible for giving detailed assignment guidelines when placing an order (or if asked by the writer).

  6. When filling in the order form an “Extended Revision” service can be selected. Its cost is only 30% of the assignment price. Thus, a free revision period can be expanded from 48 hours to 14 days. Nevertheless, a revision application should not contradict initial instructions. Mind that an “Extended Revision” fee is not compensated if a user does not make any revision application.

A Full Refund

  1. A full refund can be obtained by a client in case of being double charged or placing identical assignment mistakenly. Under the circumstances, a customer should get in touch with the Support Agents and ask to cancel the placed order.

  2. A 100% refund is granted if there is no writer for completing the order.

  3. In case of full refund, a client cannot use any material delivered by Writology Limited under no condition.

A Partial Refund

  1. The sum of money paid by the user for his/her paper can be partially refunded if the wrong number of pages was indicated in the order form. A refund will be given according to the word count peculiarities.

  2. If an incorrect writing level was selected by the customer (e.g., University instead of High School), the refund percentage can be reduced by the Refund Department.

  3. In case of giving contradicting directions/comments, the refund rate will be reconsidered (e.g. order files do not comply with the “Order Description” or client’s notifications).

*If there is only 30% of the initial time frame left and the writer is assigned, an order cannot be cancelled. Furthermore, if a finished paper is uploaded, order cancelation is impossible as well.

All tips are non-refundable. The payment for custom writing/ editing/ proofreading/ rewriting/ formatting may be refunded only. Tips cannot substitute an additional or compensation order.

Late Verification

  1. As to late assignment verification (when a client has not confirmed his/her identity at request of the Financial Department in order to avoid online fraud), the deadline for paper completion starts from the very moment when we receive the required clarifications. Due to late verification, either a deadline should be extended or an additional order should be submitted to compensate specialist’s work on the urgent assignment.

Word Count Issues

  1. Pages are counted in accordance with the word count (300 words per page). Nonetheless, this standard cannot be applied to technical orders where there are a lot of calculations. The assignment price will be calculated by the Writing Department according to the complexity of guidelines.

  2. PowerPoint Presentations. Customers should pay for the speaker notes. This option can be chosen when placing a ppt assignment. 100-150 words of speaker notes are to be provided by the agency below each slide.

  3. Online tests and “multiple choice” questions are calculated in accordance with the number of questions (5 questions per 1 page). For instance, it will be necessary to place a 7-page order if the assignment includes 35 questions.

Delivery/Deadline

  1. Compensation should be paid for early delivery. In case a user desires to get the assignment before the deadline, he/she will be requested to make an additional order and the price will be reconsidered. Under the condition that the writer does not mind to send the work earlier without any additional payment, no further refund is to be given.

  2. A partial refund can be provided if the assignment was sent late and the deadline extension was not approved by the customer. The sum of money will be calculated once more referring to the price section presented on the webpage.

Order Type

  1. An exact assignment type is to be selected by the customer when placing an order (e.g., a user picked a “Term paper” instead of “Dissertation”). No refund is possible if a payment for the indicated services has not been received.

  2. When working on “Rewriting” assignments, the client’s text will be reworded by the writer. If further research, creating new paper units are requested (which means writing from scratch), an additional order is to be made.

  3. Every user should monitor their email/profile for messages from the Support Representatives. On time responses from customers are appreciated, especially if it is necessary to approve the topic selected by the assigned specialist.
